You need to get fresh ripe pineapples and juice them, not canned juice.

Make sure it is sweet tasting or else it will be irritating and you won't be able to drink enough of it to be effective.

Second best is ripe strawberry papayas - no need to juice it just eat a lot of them on empty stomach. Don't eat the seeds the first time around.

If the pineapple pieces you purchased were ripe and sweet those would be fine to put in a centrifugal or auger juicer.
