When researching my book, I was contacted by so many women who had successfully used Iodine for breast pain and swelling that I couldn't possibly publish all the testimonials.

Iodine has been used for breast pain since the 1840s. Women who compound Lugol's taken by mouth with Lugol's applied directly to the breast with an absorbent oil like grapeseed oil get excellent results.

There is also an added trick of adding a small dab of progesterone cream to the breasts. That drives Iodine into the cells.

It's important not to stop when the pain gets better or it will come back. Pain and cysts create a lot of wear and tear on the breasts so your partner needs to know breast pain is not normal... regardless of what the practitioners may say.
