hello.. those of you who've done the Master-Cleanse before, do you break your fast with orange juice ONLY for two days (well, water too), or do you also drink the lemonade those days? also, do you still drink the tea and/or do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) those days? i'm on day 8 now, so i want to plan for that.

i asked about this below, but it was in the context of asking if any of you do modifications of the book's recommendations for breaking the fast. maybe in light of recent posts you don't want to recommend modifications on this thread, and that's fine. i mainly want to know how you've interpreted the book, since on my reading it wasn't clear whether you continue the lemonade throughout or not.
