you should try the tried and true Lugols and companions. sporadic use is good overall but then there are the environmental halogens. its the daily environment that creates health. there is so much bromine in the air its ridiculous. fluoride in your shower is sure the destroy your iodine.

this is why i recommend daily 100mg of Lugols minimum for halogen imbalance cure and prevention. its trappers RDA.

i still get the updates via email and heard you were in the hospital again. my thoughts are with you both.
