That it takes more time than anticipated is what everyone says. Settle back and keep gong doing what you have to do at the right time with the colon cleanse and liver flushes. Keep up with the dewormer. That's full of minerals. Supplement magnesium and major minerals all the time. Supplement trace minerals. Even healthy people have to do this. Get the B vitamins, iodine, probiotics and enzymes, too.
I don't know about the hair analysis. That would be your choice. Extra money where you already know you're deficient. Your body will expel what it can't use.
