Thank you so much for replying! It's scary looking in the toilet thankfully nothing is squirming. But Theyre getting bigger just had a 15cm one. Can't believe I disregarded so many syptoms for so long. I had my first taste of bread just a piece of sourdough crust in 2 years and real Sugar In a dessert and had no bloating, abdominal pain, itchiness, no constipation or massive bipolar episode which I was diagnosed with 9 years ago! This tonic is really working I hope it clears everything out. Back to liquid diet today but it's so worth it to see results
