Thanks for providing this valuable guideline. I have tried Turpentine with mixed success in the past but am really interested to know how you suggest we take it. Most protocols I have seen suggest dissolving it into a teaspoon of sugar, but it looks like you are suggesting mixing it with the castor oil (do they even mix)? Thanks again.
