After receiving Marks book on Iodine testicle painting protocol, and the products that come with it, about a month ago, I am taking 15 drops of J Crows Iodine a day. I take 5 drops in a glass of water and 5 drops on my inner thigh, in the morning, and then another 5 drops with water later in the day. Putting it under my tongue turned out to make it very sensitive after a few days, like it was eroding the tissue a little. Same thing with applying it to my testicles. Will I still get the same benefits doing it the way I am?
