Did this method work for you? Did you pass stones this way?

I'm a bit scared about trying this method, I read that it could be painful passing stones this way.

Also, I have to be quite Active after Everything that I eat or my system gets really toxic - so just being stagnant for a long period of time (like sitting still in a bath for hours) would in itself be very painful for me.

I take digestive enzymes and HCL with meals but I find that I still have to be Active for a while after Everything that I eat or drink - or I get a lot of toxidity symptoms.
