Hey guys.

I have some doubts, after researching alot on this forum about iodine,iodide, SSKI ,doses,etc,etc.

Trapper said we need a minimum of 100mg of total Iodine peer day to work well with detox.

this "total 100mg iodine" means it can be both I2 and KI, or just I2?

Well im taking 20 drops at morning of Lugol 5% and 20 drops at 6 pm (total 250mg).
I'm wating to my Potassium Iodide crystals arrive to prepare some SSKI

i was thinking in reducing the Lugol dose to 20 drops at morning and excluiding the 6pm dose, and adding some SSKI to Lugols in the morning too...(maybe starting with 8 drops of SSKI, than going to 16)

As im having some detox difficults (not so much, but im right now at a terrible weird flu, my thorath is ok, but i got some fever, and feeling COLD LIKE HELL, braing fog and body pain) i belive that lowering elemental iodine, and adding more iodite with SSKI, i will have less detox problems,and still doing halogens and heavy metals detox, as heading to an Iodine sufficiency...

Im worried lowering the dose of Lugol by half and slowering my detox time...

im kinda confused...but if i add the 16 drops of SSKI,i wouldnt get alot more of benefits trought detox?Less problems, and better cleanse?
