The mental urge to eat never goes away unless you replace it with something else. I'm on my sixth Master-Cleanse and I still get the urge to eat off and on, but I'm so used to not eating now during the Master-Cleanse that I just automatically reset my mind to think of something else. I try not to even think about food, it's like meat (as a vegetarian): not for me (at least not right now).
