Well, the bad news is that my body is building a tolerance to it :( I was actually poking a hole in the capsule, squeezing it out, then pouring 4 drops into an empty capsule with olive oil (then swallowing). The good news is that it's still good for temporarily opening the sinuses. I pour 1 drop in about an ounce of sodium bicarbonate and water in a nasal sprayer. You can also pour one drop on a q-tip and stick it deep inside your nasal passages. Just be carful it's not too deep so you can't get it out.
