thank you for the information.   it is my first DF, so plan to stop at 48 hours. I am about 30 hours in. so far.   My plan is to break for a week and then try to do 72 hours.   In between DF i really don't want to eat fruit or juice as find it too high sugar.  Is it okay to brak fast with water and then broths etc??   DF are not so long, and would rather not eat fruit.
