i have done WF and now doing my first dry fast.  Couple of questions, I see some on here do not recomend ending DF with WF can you explain why???         When ending DF i see some recommend juice fruit etc, which is high sugar amd others suggests broths, and low sugar foods?   love to hear what I should do to refeed.   thank yo
