I relate gallbladder and lipoma too. Developed around 30 lipoma in ten months, hoping to have gallbladder removed. I suffer fatigue and weird fat too, I eat very healthy and fresh, trying to cut Sugar and incl turmeric and fresh lemon into my diet plus I take cla and l-glutamine. It's soul destroying discovering lumps almost daily.
