actually I now think ligaments and tendons take the same amount of time to heal as they are similar.
There is something else in joints that heals quickly while dry fasting, the bone itself prehaps.

ligaments and tendons do heal faster when dry fasting but at this rate it is still going to take years to heal my knee :(
