I'd ask a bit more around here and pay attention to what you eat and drink, to find out what eases the ache in the liver area!
coffee enemas are nice because they do supply some of what's needed for the production of bile..
Some folks have combined coffee enemas with healthy eating to actually break down and pass mucosal plaques. It takes a few months.
Daily complete cleansing enemas are not as smart though, because the colon does need to stay in rhythm of collecting and condensing fecal matter.
Once every 2-3 days is smarter.
By the way, a lessened amount of fecal matter can be a sign of better digestion, especially if you're producing more enzymes and bile (breaks down food more completely).
Two of my favorites are baby spinach and beetroot juice. There's lots of magnesium, tri-methyl glycine and other nutrients in beetroot juice that helps the liver, and especially in the process of cleansing the blood. I usually juice a kilo or two of beetroot and store it in the fridge in jars or bottles, for drinking, about a liter a day. Perfectly good alongside orange or lemon juice, and even if it is earthy, it's very refreshingly sweet!
