well done for going over 4 days!
I've just done another 3day 5hour fast (my second longest ever) and I feel great now, my knee is not hurting much now and this time I will be more easy on it.
I felt a lot of my joints healing again but it was more ligaments I think, not tendons, they do heal but just take longer
