I'm on day 5 and weigh what I did when I started. I lost three pounds as of day 3 but somehow gained them back when I weighed myself today. I'm not worried about it because I've been through this before, my body will lose whatever weight it needs to lose and also heal and cleanse whatever needs attention first.
