I’m glad to read in the above that the bone marrow is healing. Wow, that was quite a stock he prepared in the video. I made one the other day with a package of organic chicken drumsticks.

Heat up 12 cups of water, add the drumsticks and boil until chicken is cooked. Skim off the foam impurities. Remove 4 out of the 5 drumsticks and save them to use in another dish.

Keep 1 of the drumsticks in pot for the duration of the stock, add 1 onion, carrot, Celery stalk, 1 clove garlic and slow cook for a 1-2 hours. Throw out the drumstick when finished cooking as it will taste pretty lifeless.

Homemade chicken stock and any cruciferous vegetable makes broccoli/cabbage/or cauliflower soup.
