Hey Kitti girl, sorry to hear of you feeling so bad...Im there right with ya..I felt horrendous starting the second half of yesterday and finally had to try and sleep it off.

So for today Im a bit better, feeling kinda weak but that might get better as I drink some lemonade..sitting here sipping some lax tea now...my neck is killing me this morning!!!!(bad whiplash 5 years ago ago accident)

I wonder if its our bodies healing themselves..but already? I was under the impression from reading around that ..that sorta thing doesnt start happening until later in the fast..like more around day 15? Oh well.....I DO HOPE you get better soon and Im so proud of both of us for hanging in there.

Day 4...WOW. Im really suprised Ive made it this far. =)

Im down 3 pounds this morning ..so Im 8 pounds lighter from Dec 1 now.

Im NOT elimating as much either as I think I should be and keep waiting for the day I unload a good one. lol. That sounded funny.

Its Saturday so take it easy today if ya can.
