and my arm is really hurting, my stomach is rumbling (but not hungry) and i feel very listless. my lower back too is really hurting, something very common for me, but the pain is kinda dull. it's my arm that is driving me nutz at this point.

today marks a 10 pound loss.

i still think i am not eliminating like i should - any of the vets out there, did you experience a "whoosh" past the third day? it's like this lower back pain thing is related to my not having a major bm - i can't really describe it, but i feel like if i had a really good whoosh my back would feel better.

i didn't take my smooth move tea last night, i was too naucious to stick anything else liquid in my system so i just went to sleep.

i hope this days gets better, looking forward to all the energy people talk about

not craving food as of yet
