It could be you have Psoriasis or eczema. These are autoimmune diseases that are caused by leaky gut. Leaky gut could be caused by SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) or candida yeast infection of the gut, or perhaps gluten sensitivity. You should eliminate all wheat products from your diet. You need to treat the gut. Applying medicine or lotions on the ear will not solve the problem.
