It's been 3 weeks since i tried the following formula as a facial Acne remedy:

1. Calcium Bentonite Clay
2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Mixed A LOT of vinegar and clay together and left it on my face for 30 minutes.

After 20 minutes I felt light-headed and started hearing white noise in my ears.

I just shrugged it off and went to sleep.

Next day morning, I experienced the following:

1. Extreme brain fog (i couldn't even read)
2. Detatchment from reality (as if i was drunk)
3. Poor sense of balance
4. Migraine and confusion
5. Blurry/Tunnel Vision
6. Sensitivity to light

It was so severe I had to postpone two of my exams that week.

The symptoms have slightly gotten better as of now but they still persist and with some added symptoms:

1. lightheadedness when i laugh or get angry
2. irregular heart beats

Anyone know what's going on with me? I seriously cannot live like this.

I know that Bentonite clay has some detox effects and it may cause healing crisis symptoms, but this is just too much. I went to the doctor and she did a blood test and etc. she says that she couldn't find any irregularities except for a slightly active liver and that i'm a bit dehydrated.
