I'm down to 6.89mg of Valium from 15mg and am very happy with the progress I've made.

Using a jewelry scale and pills, I'm shaving off grams to the .001g to cut a bit off every other day, as opposed to cut and holds... which has allowed me to cut at a higher percentage, ~12% or so, the past month.

Just wondering, once you get down to 2-3mg, if you continue to cut at 10% a month or so, it'd take about 2 years to get off that miniscule amount.

What are the approaches to tapering off those small amounts? ... does it generally go more towards mg cuts as opposed to %'s?

What have you seen from people you've worked with?
