I used lipitor for 9yrs before realizing it didn't do much for me since my quad bypass in 99. It never lowered my cholesterol enough? A few yrs ago, I started taking No-Flush Niacin (inositol hexaniconate) spelling? from Sam's club for my arthritic knees, and found it to work better then Lipitor! Since then my cholesterol, & triglycerides have been better then ever! Give it a try. This is just a suggestion, your results may vary. Good Luck, Get Well
