I'm also on day 4! I feel good today too, been cleaning the garage. Yesterday had a headache from hell, but weathered through it. Still feelin a little like I want to eat but there's no way now. The only other problem is it's the weekend and hubby out of town the girls like to go out and have cocktails! ;) I guess none for me :( Another thing I was wondering is that I've seen people talk about exercise. Well I do yoga. Actually it's called Bikram Yoga, it's where the room is like 100' degrees. I actually went on day 2 and think I will go again today. It should be ok, right? As long as I feel up to it huh??? Any more day 4's out there???
