I assumed cups meant as in tea cups. And 2 cups was just an example nothing to do with the liver flush.

But anyway thanks very much for clarifying it. Didn't you miss a dose of Epsom Salt and water at 2pm?

Also can I keep myself hydrated in between the Epsom salt/water?
