I's suggest you forget about the paleodiet, and instead do the paleolithic diet, which is high animal fat, moderate raw meat and some wild leafy greens.
This is a guide, as it is almost impossible for moderns to do.

If you avoid all seeds and all dairy except natural butter and eat only fresh raw natural organic etc. you should do OK.
