I got a pure R-Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement from Bulk Supplements about 10 months ago. I had opened and tried it, but was afraid to continue using it at the time. I didn't realize that the package says to refrigerate it. I'm ready to try it again, but wondering if it's safe. I have kept it sealed and in a dry place at room temperature. It is the completely pure powder crystal form of R-ALA with no other added ingredients. Does anyone know if it's safe to use now or if R-ALA loses stability or goes rancid? Thanks!
