Depends on the level of your candida. If your candida is out of control(chronic) then the lactose in the kefir will feed candida. kefir does have some sugars left after it ferments.

If your immune system is somewhat controlling your candida infection then flavored kefir probably wont bother you much. But if your candida is strong and chronic you will feel a toxic reaction.
