I also suffered with constipation like u for many years till i found here on curezone something about Magnesium citrat. I started taking it twice a day, morning and night before go to bed. I take about a TS every time and since almost a year never missed a day pooping sometimes even 3 times a day! And this is very good to your heart and bones too.
Worth giving a try.
