Just wanted to share my experience with coffee enemas. I started doing coffee enemas about 2 weeks ago and am doing them daily now (have done 5 days in a row this week) along with starting a nutritional balancing program, which I haven't started yet.

Before the enemas - due to a sluggish liver - I was getting quite a bit of of annoying breakouts and they would take forever to clear my skin. Since the starting the enemas, I can tell you guys that I haven't experienced any more breakouts and all that's left are those annoying red marks which are taking forever to go away but they surely are going away.

If you have Acne problems - educate yourself about coffee enemas and try them! they seem pretty awesome for detox.

I also have adrenal fatigue and I can confirm not crashing from it anymore since the first enema which made me very jittery. But everyone is different.

Of course this isn't taking care of the premature aging and under eye dark circles but not having any Acne breakouts is a load off my chest!
