Sorry to hear about your health troubles.

I will be very interested to find out if dry-fasting can heal some of your joint problems.

My own experience of dry-fasting and my joints has been very positive. After my first weekend dry fast I felt like 30 years wear and tear in my hip joints has been reversed, that's what it felt like! Since then every dry-fast has healed different joints and at sometimes I think I've had the equivalent of growing pains as my ligaments have become so tight and my joints snap over them, it has been a long process and my joints are still healing, but we are talking about reverting back to a level of health I last enjoyed when I was a child!

I also twisted me knee roller blading and must have stretched a tendon or two, it has been over a year and the most progress I make is when I dry fast, my last fast helped a lot but then I went and overdid it on the treadmill and made it worse again!!

I think someone on here reported they had Arthritis in their hand and it went away after a dry-fast (I think it might have been mighty-sun)

I really hope dry-fasting can help you as well, it might take a lot of long fasts over a long time but I am sure it will keep getting better. I hope you blog about it on here.

It is interesting what you say about the mind/body, on my last fast after I went past the 3 day mark I willed my immune system to heal my knee, and immediately I felt more immune system activity in the knee, maybe it was a coincidence or maybe my mind influenced my immune system?! I will start another thread about feeling my immune system.

How did you get on with your last fast? did you go beyond the 3 days? experience any miracles?
