My diet is not perfect. I have to eat some carbs or I lose massive amounts of weight. I love Soba Noodle Chicken Broth bowls at Panera for lunch. Dinner is just meat and veggies of some sort. I still love gluten free pizza occasionally. I do not eat any white rice or flour and I eat/take a lot of probiotics.
