This is my first spring after finishing the liver cleanse. I usually have really bad allergies for a week in the spring where I'm rubbing my eyes so hard they get swollen. This year, I could feel the allergies in my throat a bit, but it wasn't bad enough to reach my eyes. I think next year will be even better as my liver continues to get stronger.
