I've had this bump on the back of my neck at the top of my back for a couple years now with the only problems I have noticed are that it is uncomfortable sleeping with it, it gets sore from time to time and I have the tendency to look down all the time because of it. Background of me I used to be a power lifter and play football and now workout quite frequently(6days/wk) but mostly body weight calisthenics and running and I spend almost no time sitting behind a computer for my job(military). Any and all help to what it is and recommendations if I should go get it thoroughly checked out would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
