My heart goes out to you, in a similar situation. I want you for starters to turn things over to God with all your heart and soul so you are able to let go a bit. Get a hobby like knitting and crochet, that you can do in bed. Take all the supplements and vitamins your recovery calls for and dont give up. Everyday be good to your self over what you did get done even if it was super small, never beat yourself up. You are not alone, so many people are sick they get it.
