I've just started the Low Histamine Diet and just have a quick question about whether I should continue supplementing fish oil/cod liver oil? Fish seems problematic for many so I'm wondering if fish oil will be the same. And if I stop taking fish oil I'm worried I won't be getting enough omega 3's.
