I am so glad you are doing well. I cannot wait to fast again. It has been 8 months I believe.

RE: My adrenals, I do eat a lot of cayenne and black pepper, always did. I have been taking Lugol's Iodine for a 12 years, with a few breaks. I also eat turmeric which has cucurmin.

Well, can I fast for my adrenals?
