- Does milk kefir lead to Candida?

- If someone is suffering from candida, and trying to clean it, then is it suggested to take milk kefir to ensure probiotics?

- If it does, then can water kefir be a better option? Or which other natural products are suggested.

I'm doing parasite and candida cleanse, and realizing how important probiotics are in the process, therefore would like to ensure taking sufficient probiotics.
