its interesting they put you on aciterin aka neotigoson.. i also tried this for a very short stint it didn't do anything but as i said i wasn't on it long enough... i think 3-6 months you need to be on it to know for sure! please let us know if theres any improvements! personally i think once the underlying route cause it other cured or switched off by a method/drug it won't matter whether you peel it lick etc etc it will just clear.. although this drug is designed for Psoriasis i believe ec to be more in the eczema/sebrohic dermatitis family thus why some have seen success on things like diet imuran constant moisture etc etc neither the less good luck and please keep us updated.. i think allergy trigger is a very possible cause and i know neotigason does have strong effects on skin cell turn over so it could improve the condition.. although i have realised our skin actually doesn't "turn over so much" i believe its more of a "crust" that forms for example if you don't moisturise and don't peel the skin it could stay on our lips for upto 3-4 months its only when we moisturise it causes quick cell turn over i.e every 2-4 das shedding.. its a very strange disease but what ever is trig erring it has a very hard switch to trigger off... not impossible but very very difficult i think theres only been about 5 or so in about 15 years of this forum will real NO BS cure stories.. good luck please update cheers
