Thank you for the response..yes it is all very confusing. Sometimes I wonder if I haven't opened up a Pandora's box w/r/t HMA. If it's just another rabbit hole for me to chase just like I did with HRT thinking that would fix me. But HMA was the first test that I had which explained what I always suspected..I feel worse on progesyerone!! I had lots of knee problems - connective tissue issues while on P. The higher zinc to copper or copper deficiency/unavailable explained that.

Tired? Hardly!! I am amped!! My sodium and potassium were low but my cal and mag were on high side. Before starting the program I had dis-regulated energy pattern. Wake up middle of night very alert, groggy in morning, ok afternoon, second wind at night. Cannot fall asleep or stay asleep. Couldn't handle stress. Felt like nerves eating my stomach, easily sweat under stress, dry mouth, and angst and anxiousness increased at small things like having to wait in line at the bank. Ironically at the same time of being amped, my eyes felt heavy, like I could shut my eyes from exhaustion but my body wanted to keep going.

I was diagnosed as slow oxidizer who is SNS dominant meaning I am exhausted and am running on nerves. Since starting NB, that weird wired/tired feeling went away. Now I am just plain wired prob due to copper dump.

I was told to stay away from stimulants which is why they have me the thyroid formula instead of adrenal b/c that would be too stimulating to nervous system.

Although I'm not buying the slow diagnosis for me. I was on supplements like licorice root which could have affected my results. Also I have estrogen deficiency symptoms.

I test again in a month..

What supplements do they have you on?
