The easiest way to take natural lactorferrin is to supplement high grade  colostrum powder. Colostrum contains a huge amount of beneficial nutrients and is the First Milk of Life. It will help to also repair the intestines, cure allergies and also gives immunity to many common diseases because colostrum contains 50% antibodies from the mother cow
