Ok guys I need some tips please.

I know Im battling a dybosis problem, and maybe candida. I've took probiotics, and I've found single strains work better for me. Typically, Acidolphus, and Bifidus. However, I just read I have not been feeding my bacteria.

Any good ideas on prebiotics I can use to feed the gut bacteria. I read lacteferrin is a prebiotic, but couldnt find a good source to support this. If this is true, lacterferrin really brings my moods up, and helps me out a lot.

Anyhow, all suggestions are needed, thank you great people!
