Thanks for all your responses. A bit more info about me...

If you want the long story it's here //www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=2246940

Otherwise, here's the short! I'm a 24 year old female who has a history of lots of pharmaceutical overdose and heavy use from a young age. Took a few nasty near death overdoses when I was 19. Was on the contraceptive pill since 14. Came off ALL pharmaceuticals when I was about 21 and then all the problems started - digestion crashed and couldn't eat for months without awful side effects. Rashes, chronic fatigue, gut inflammation, gallbladder and liver pain. Have tried almost everything under the sun (see long story!) but the thing that has made the most difference has been adopting a mostly raw vegan diet (but including raw milk kefir and raw eggs) and being gluten free. Unfortunately I am not easily releasing stones with liver flushing. One month ago I finished my first course of humaworm. Waiting to do the second.

Herbs that I am taking recently include gold coin grass tea, chanca piedra, kidney teas. Here is more details of what I'm
Currently doing health wise //www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=2247949

I had four Mercury fillings removed last year which I had had since I was a kid.

The pain is on both sides of my lower back just above my butt, and often radiates down into my legs making them ache. It makes my lower back feel very stiff too. Sometimes the pain is also at the front of the kidneys.

Maybe I should hold off on the Lugols until I can get my liver sorted? Because if the Lugols does stir up toxins and my kidneys and liver are too congested to deal with detoxing then that's not going to help im guessing.

Thanks so much for your help!

Much love
