I upped my intake of Evening Primrose Oil to 8,000mg (8 gelcaps) a day (in addition to my 2 tablespoons of cod liver oil), and my eczema and the associated severe skin itchiness and pain cleared 95% after a few days.

Hopefully this might help someone.
