Ditto on this person's reccommendations, especially with vit k2, a little D3, some A in retinol form. (all of these are also in blue cheeses, hard cheeses, and butter oil in small amounts)

K2 can really help the gums and get things tightening up a bit around the tooth roots. My gums bled when I had amalgams.. and it stopped within 2 weeks of getting the last ones out! (Life extention super-K is a decently priced source of K1 and both forms of K2.. also helps with antidepressant activity)

Grab a big head of kale and steam it, gently fry it, eat with almonds.. that stuff will bring you a bit of energy and peace back within 2-3 days! It's really rich in K and magnesium.

Oil pulling is cheap, easy and calming, I love it very much.. and it's safe with the Amalgams still in. :)

Vitamin D3 can help you absorb the minerals much better from the gut wall and help against the fatigue. It's safe with the amalgams, I used it for two years until I had the funds for Amalgam removal. I use between 1000 iu to 5000 iu per day depending upon the season. You can also get the body to make it real cheap for you by sunning your skin for 10-15 minutes a day, as much skin exposure as you can.

High vitamin butter oil can be made easy from organic grass-fed butter from the grocery/healthfood store.. look up how to make ghee! ;)
