I wish I could but raw is like rocks for me. I always get sick very badly because of raw vegetables, I haven't had any in like 7 years because of my problems. I honestly know not what the problems is. At the beginning of this nightmare I ended eating only few spoons of mixed vegetable soup or chicken soup. I was so sick and weak that I barely move on my own. for a month I had no natural bowel movement. Milk and its derivatives, citruses and other raw juices made me so bad that I was scare to death to consume them. I also forgot to mention that I always looks a bit yellow but with flushes it gradually gets better. My blood bilirubin always abnormal. maybe I have inflammation somwhere in my gallbladder or liver. It runs in family. My aunt and grandma had their gallbladders removed. When I was a kid I often vomited and missed school. Often carsick and missing my vacation breaks with cold.
