Why are you fasting. Mild hypoglycemia is fairly common in the detox groups, probably due to some combination of inadequate adrenal--and related--function and low chromium.

Are you getting enough lipid soluble vitamins such as vit E?

Addressing both of the above were helpful to me when I had some symptoms similar to yours. I learned that I don't do well when fasting.
